Manager - Logistics & Supply Chain - Research & DevelopmentKey Responsibilities:- Responsible for leading the complete Supply Chain Operations, Logistics portfolio for different centers - Managing high volume engagements within this LOG unit- Drive Supply chain operations, along with strong exposure of working in a STPI (Software Tech Parks of India) environment, Asset tracking & tracing- Responsible for driving the logistics including International shipping of key products and operations for all the business critical projects being run across different facilities- Driving a team of 3-4 members- Reporting & sharing data analytics with business leaders & Finance leadership.Qualification :- Master of Business Administration - Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain- Management & Operations.Experience :- 18-20 yrs of experience in Logistics, Supply Chain Operations, STPI Compliance Governance and Reporting- International shipping & freight management- Should have managed key stakeholder relationships with government officials with the STPI and Customs.- Should come with strong people management skills in managing high performance team.- Strong negotiation & influencing skills- Strong communication skills IIM Jobs
