Job Description

  1. The objective of this position is to develop embedded firmware for power converters.
  2. The candidate must have hands on work experience in any of the latest IDEs used for firmware development of micro controller/DSP such as kiel, code composer studio, MP labX, Arduino Uno, code warier, DAVE etc . The same shall be used for firmware development on controllers.
  3. The candidate shall implement the digital control algorithms for power converters.
  4. Candidate shall implement SPI,I2C, CAN etc for communication. CAN is a necessity.
  5. Shall select and allocate peripherals of micro controllers for Power electronics
  6. Test firmware and create design verification test for firmware quality assurance.
  7. Analysing & problem solving using 8D etc.
  8. Hands on experience with SW design and development using communication protocols (SPI, UART, I2C).
  9. Programming Language: Strong in C/C++
  10. Updated BSP stuff like GPIOs, clock configuration, interrupts, i2c port
  11. Developed chip level drivers like I2C, SPI, GPIO, EEPROM, Flash, RTC, ADC, PWM, Watchdog Timers Configuration, UART
  12. Deep knowledge on ARM SoC ( TI / Microchip etc ) and understanding of bootloaders and logics
  13. Working knowledge of TI controllers and firmware development with Wi-Fi, PLC, BLE is an added advantage
  14. Reverse engineering & debugging skills of any electronic modules.
  15. Preparation of design verification & validation documents
