Job Responsibilities:- Drive acquisition of potential corporate clients across the Internet/ tech industry from client identification, sales pitch to conversion- Spearhead the sales pitch of the services offered by Coffeemug to CXOs, founders and HR head of target organizations - Build a consistent pipeline of clients and suggest opportunity areas to expand the client base on regular basis- Track client progress & conversion through regular follow ups and information sharing - Oversee branding and marketing campaigns for all sales initiatives for the leadership hiring practice- Establish the sales team from scratch to drive corporate sales across the country for the organisation,
