Job Description

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Team Supervision: Lead and manage a team of maintenance technicians, handling scheduling, training, and performance reviews.
    • Maintenance Planning: Establish and implement maintenance processes and schedules to ensure equipment and facilities operate reliably and efficiently.
    • Equipment Upkeep: Oversee and perform routine preventative and corrective maintenance on machinery, equipment, and building systems.

    • Cross-Department Coordination: Collaborate with other departments to minimize disruptions and downtime during maintenance activities.
    • Work Order Management: Organize and prioritize maintenance requests, ensuring timely completion of repairs and issue resolution.
    • Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of all maintenance work, including inspections, repairs, and parts usage.
    • Budget Oversight: Monitor and manage the maintenance budget, including procurement of necessary parts and supplies.
    • Policy Compliance: Ensure that all maintenance procedures align with company policies and industry standards.
    • Safety and Improvement: Promote a culture of safety and encourage ongoing improvement initiatives within the maintenance team.
