Job Description

    - Develop and deploy optimization models to drive strategic and tactical decisions across Operations, Supply Chain Planning and Transportation.- Establish design strategies and to implement reliable, cost-efficient, flexible and in time fulfilment network design that scale growth and manage risks.- Planning & Forecasting - Demand Planning, Multi - channel planning , Financial planning Assortment planning and Store clustering.- Ensure Execution of the solution by coordinating all the Supply Chain operations and services like warehousing, fulfilment, and transportation , Last Mile and Mid Mile in order to help organization to be more productive, more efficient and more competitive.- Supply Chain Solutions Design in various fields viz: Last Mile ,Middle Mile, Processing Centre, FGD warehouse Management solutions Desired profile : - Leadership- proven ability to inspire and motivate others toward measurable objectives.- Customer focus with excellent problem solving and decision-making skills- Understand the total delivered cost and Service Level trade-offs- Use cutting edge optimization technology to model the supply chain- Hires and develops great people- Is able to dive deep and is never out of touch with the details of the business- Has passion and convictions and the innate ability to inspire passion in others.
