Job Description

    Associate Director - Control Tower Role and Responsibilities :- Monitor Last Mile , mid mile , Operations and identify improvement opportunities.- Capacity Planning for the hubs, co-coordinating with Planning team and ground Operations- Planning, forecasting and operation control through process monitoring.- Work closely with Operations ,Planning, Design, customer experience team ,Central Ops to ensure smooth delivery operations on a day to day basis.- Track and drive for continuous improvement across all defined Goals/KPI/metrics.- Periodic and on time publication of performance data visibility.- Deep dive into key areas to identify areas of improvement- Gather data and analyse data to arrive at actionable insights- Build a culture of ownership and empowerment within Team- Develop, mentor and motivate the team for better efficiency and best results.- Drive key metrics like Breach, cancellation, RTO and NPS with Supply chain, Category and Product and Design teams- Monitor order flow, functional breaches, breach risks and rider efficiency- Daily Sync up with ground ops team with first cut RCA for the scorecard metrics- Ad-hoc breakdowns/disruptions to be managed and also escalated to respective stakeholders- Do deep dives on recurring issues and bring a systematic closure to those issues- Process review and improvement in all function areas where CT interacts Competencies : - People manager, he should be able to lead a team of 10+ members (both junior and people manager level)- Comprehensive and possessing analytical Skills- Exposure to operations planning.- Tech savvy, Problem solving, data-driven decision-making through the stakeholders- Team Building and Employee Engagement Capability.- Adaptability towards change management.- Stakeholder Management- Sound presentation and communication skills Our Promise to you : - We will value self-awareness, intellectual honesty, judgement, empathy, and positive energy over years of experience- We have no industry baggage, and we are willing to try out new ideas.- We are always excited to hear from you- We will give an opportunity to create a once in a lifetime organisation,
