Job Description

Urgent opening for Labor Law Compliance (Audit) @Ascent HR, Silk board, BangaloreCRITERIA-

  • We are looking for a professional who is having good exposure in Labor Law Compliance(Audit).
  • Should have experienced in Multiple client Labor Law compliance audit and Vendor Compliance Audit also.
JOB ROLE-
  • Job would basically revolve around conducting audits for our clients under labor laws, coordination with client and client vendors for setting up audits, preparation of audit reports, and presentation to clients.
  • Managing the team and ensuring all audit assignments are executed within time and effectively with the desired quality.
  • Preparation of new checklist and amendment of existing ones when regulatory changes take place.
  • Answering to labour law queries and first-level drafting. Keeping track of PAN India updates and help to send alerts.
  • Jd Obtaining Registration Certificate, Amendment, Renewal. Maintaining register, Records and Returns under Karnataka Shops Commercial Establishment Act.
  • Monthly MIS Preparation. Getting code of PF, ESI, PT from Concerned authorities.
  • Filling and making Compliance under employment exchange notification and returns (ER-I, RE-II), X6, Notification of vacancies.
  • Notice of opening, Notice of change and notice o closure formalities need to be submitted to ALC under the Payment of Gratuity Act.
  • Displaying the necessary notices and abstracts in notice boards under various act in different organization as per the schedule and business of the organization.
  • Maintaining Labour Authority Inspection Tracker.
  • Scheduling the CLRA Audit on Quarterly Basis
