Job Description & ResponsibilitiesAnalyze and track contact centre performance against business objectives to identify trends / or patterns , provide business insights , and develop solutions from the strategic perspective of enhancing customer experience in a cost effective and efficient manner.Perform root cause analysis for key business problems , identify areas for improvement , conceptualize and develop innovative solutions with out - of - the - box thinking.
