Job Description

Job Title Lead CKSI Distribution AnalyticsThe Purpose of This RoleThis role is within the Personal Investing arm of BA&R, called Customer Knowledge and Strategic Insights (CKSI). The Distribution Analytics team supports the PI distribution organization (Branches and Regional Centers) with decision driving analytics. As a part of the team, the associate will have the opportunity to inform strategy and direction of the business through sound data analytics.The Value You Deliver

  • As a member of this team you will engage with business stakeholders across the distribution organization, including branches and regional centers to provide analytical insights that help inform business strategy
  • You will partner with stakeholders to design and develop measurement plans for evaluating the outcomes of key business decisions
  • You will provide actionable insights on business issues by conducting exploratory analysis, integrating customer data, interaction data, digital data, geo spatial data and unstructured text data, sourced from multiple data sources.
  • You will design, develop and deliver cutting edge self serve business information solutions to business leaders, enabling democratization of data driven decision making
The Skills that are Key to this roleTechnical / BehavioralYou should have:
  • Analytical skills, ability to draw out insights, answer the so-what & what-if and propose actionable recommendations
  • Problem solving and critical thinking - ability to sift through data to identify crisp insights
  • Strong SQL capabilities for effective data acquisition from large databases
  • Sound knowledge of statistical techniques - Hands on experience with tools like R, Python, Adobe Analytics suite
  • Effective presentation and story boarding skills with exposure to executive level presentations

  • Managing stakeholder/business partner relationships and overall program management
  • Strong work ethic in terms of time management and project ownership / accountability

Your work will also drive greater efficiencies through optimization of resources across many fronts, enabling the business to provide better customer experiences efficiently.BU OverviewPersonal Investing (PI) is the retail investing arm of Fidelity that serves the financial needs of millions of individual investors with a comprehensive range of investment products and services. The primary objective of the team in India is to enable the PI businesses, working with our IT business partners in the US. Over the years, we have developed technical expertise on various functions of personal and strategic investment products and data. Across our business we take great pride in building strong and lasting relationships with our customers, providing sound investment guidance, and delivering a best-in-class customer experience.The Expertise We re Looking For
  • Masters in statistics/economics/management/operations research from a reputed university
  • 6 - 10 years of overall analytics experience
  • Expertise in R/Python, Adobe Analytics and SQL
  • Expertise in presentation and story boarding skills with exposure to executive level presentations
