Job Description

    Designation: Analyst - Private MarketsLocation: BangaloreExperience: up to 1 year About Kristal Private Market : - Kristal Private Market ( KPM ) is a business line of Kristal.AI, with a mission to democratize access to curated, high-quality pre-IPO investment opportunities in the private markets space and enhance liquidity in the segment.- We are looking for an individual with leadership qualities and a passion for pre-IPO investment business, to drive the origination, structuring and syndication of such investment opportunities in the Middle East region. Key Responsibilities To Include : - Collaborate with teams internally to structure and launch a KPM deal- Develop deeper understanding of company structure, business model, valuation, investor base and other relevant aspects of the private markets ecosystem- Work with senior advisors on transactions and other ad hoc projects related to the KPM business- Manage deal execution from origination to final closure- Explore investment opportunities around equity, debt or hybrid structures- Help with pitching investment ideas together with other client advisors and broader KPM team Ideal Candidate Should Have : - MBA / CFA / CA / IIT graduates or equivalent educational qualification- Up to 1 year of relevant work experience within banking or asset management will be beneficial- Self-driven, fast learner, team player and keenness to build career in fintech- Analytical mindset to make data-driven decisions- Ability to work in a fast paced, entrepreneurial and technology driven high growth platform What We Offer : - Market standard remuneration commensurate with the role and individual contributions- Congenial work environment to enable success for both the individual and the organization- High career growth possibilities while recognizing individual preferences and capabilities About Kristal.AI : - We are an award-winning, technology driven wealth management platform, with business operations in Singapore, India and Hong Kong and covering clients globally.
