Job Description

    ob Description
    • You will be responsible for maintaining & sustaining a long-term relationship with every on-boarded brands.
    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
    • Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).
    • Compiling reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts for account teams and stakeholders.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory.
    • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
    • Manage Accounts receivables and debts from accounts
    • Resolve issues, complaints and operational matters with accounts and escalate
    Who you are
    • 2 - 5 years of E-commerce experience, Jewellery Category preferred
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong analytical skills, ability to think and react in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
