Job Description

As a L1 support engineer you should provide technical support to all NTS users and ensure timely solution of technical issues. The candidate should have good problem- solving and fast learning capabilies.

Qualifications Graduation ( B.E, B. Tech, BCA) Years of Experience:

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in IT customer service support.
  • Good knowledge and hands- on experience working with windows OS (server /client, AD, DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP etc.) including networking fundamental knowledge.
  • Good communication skills
  • Excellent technical skills

Preferred Skills:

  • Certification in MCP, MCSE ( not mandatory but an added advantage)
