Job Title - IT Service Management- Change Management Job Location - BangaloreMandatory requirement: Able to work during evening or night shift work hours Primary Responsibility: -Your primary responsibility will be to deliver change management solutions for large-scale,strategic programs including but not limited to existing and emerging products, back-officeefficiency, and compliance.-This is an excellent opportunity for you to work closely with senior management to motivatechange for enterprise solutions.-Execute change management across the full lifecycle of implementations -Determine how to best gain alignment for change efforts through leader and stakeholderalignment-Conduct change impact and stakeholder impact assessment sessions with businessrepresentatives, in order to articulate benefits and impacts of change-Use diverse and compelling methods to communicate effectively to global partners-Support development of the change management center of excellence, rolling out changemethodology to project analysts and the business-Support department initiatives around user-experience design and innovation-Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment that will support a change management framework Qualifications: -2-3 years of IT Service Management Change Management experience-Experience across the areas of sponsorship, communications, change networks, training andorganization readiness-Functional experience in developing process change impact assessments and subsequentcommunications-Experience in large and complex corporate environments running technology and processchange efforts- Communication skills, with ability to frame change message and facilitate discussion- Ability to manage multiple priorities, influence leaders, and deliver results- Ability to deal with ambiguity What we offer: We are curious minds that come from a broad range of backgrounds, perspectives, and life experiences.
