Were a global team supporting a global software development community of the worlds largest semiconductor chip manufacturer. The Scrum Master is responsible for: Coach team members. The Scrum master makes sure that team members are well trained and understand Agile processes. Facilitates Scrum ceremonies and enforces time boxes. Embrace and role model Agile Principles. Teach, mentor, guide and coach the Delivery Team (and organization) on Agile/Scrum/Kanban/Lean principles and practices. Help remove organizational and team impediments to agility and progress. Assist Delivery Team and Product Owner with relentless and continuous improvement in processes and product delivery. Build a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis on growth and problem solving. Facilitates discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution. Assists with internal and external communication. Behavioral traits desired:Excellent at problem solvingTeam work is fundamentalLeadership skillsGreat communication skillsQualifications You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, or related field OR equivalent experience, 4 years in addition to: 4+ years of IT related experience 2+ years leading Agile teams Certified Scrum Master Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates: Excellent Jira and Jira Align knowledge. Experience in SAFe methodologiesInside this Business Group Intels Information Technology Group (IT) designs, deploys and supports the information technology architecture and hardware/software applications for Intel. This includes the LAN, WAN, telephony, data centers, client PCs, backup and restore, and enterprise applications.
