Job Description

Technical Tibco developer with experience in complex software development and support. Works closely with business and partner IT teams to understand business data, requirements, and integrations to ensure stable operations and to fix bugs and build new capabilities.Responsibilities:

  • 3-5 years of hands on experience in design, development, implementation and testing in web applications, and desktop apps using Microsoft Technologies.
  • Strong knowledge of full life cycle and various SDLC methodologies.
  • Good communication skills, adept at learning new technical skills
  • Experience in Database design using normalization techniques
  • Strong expertise in SQL programming with experience of writing & optimizing queries
  • Understanding of Software Unit & Integration Test methodologies and testing tools
  • Understanding of standard application service management tools (e.g. ALM / Service Now).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • A self-starter, and individual contributor with effective team collaboration skills
  • Effective client communication skills.
Education and Experience Required:
  • Typically a technical Bachelors degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 2 years of related experience or a Masters degree and up to two years of experience.
Knowledge and Skills:
  • 3-5 years of experience in using TIBCO Suite of Products such as TIBCO Business works, TIBCO Adapters, TIBCO EMS, Rendezvous,TIBCO Administrator.
  • Experience of one or more full release cycles. Basic understanding of modern software development methodologies (Object).
  • Basic understanding of modern software development tools and SCM (software configuration management).
  • Experience in implementing SOA concepts by designing and developing Web Services using WSDL, SOAP and Service palettes using SOAP/HTTP and SOAP/JMS with TIBCO Business Works
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Desired Technical stack # TIBCO Business Works, TIBCO DESIGNER, Rendezvous, EMS 5.x, JavaScript, SQL Server / Oracle Server, SOAP, WSDL, REST, XML and XSLT, GitHub / TFS / SVN.
  • Nice to have technical stack # .Net/Java, Javascript, RESTful services.
