      • Key Responsibilities : 1: Should be able to do support business operations of the project portfolio 2: Will be responsible for keeping the client and business service up and running at all the times 3: Resource needs to manage Application support and manage service , business operations 4: Must have the Ability to do communicate with client and manage large team in shifts to maintain business for client 5: Must be able to deliver 24X7 resilient service to client as service manager
      • Technical Experience : 1: Resource should have 8 to 10 years of experience of which minimum 5 years as support team member 2: Should have good hands on experiences as service delivery manager 3: Must have knowledge on Architecture and operations managementTask name 4: Good to have knowledge on cloud architecture 5: Knowledge on dell boomi, Dynamics CRM, Maximo or Oracle Hyperion as add on
      • Professional Attributes: 1: Should be able to communicate with client and business stake holders 2: Should be able to handle teams of 10 to 20 members member 3: should be able to manage the shift work schedule for team 4: Should be able to manage and resolve escalations, risk and issues
