Sr. Systems AnalystDepartment - ITEducation - Bachelors Degree in technical field or equivalent relevant work experience required.Experience - 5 or more years of related technical analysis experience.Note:-Relevant technical certifications strongly preferred.Demonstrated experience solving business issues through technology solutionsJob Summary:-Participates as a member of the Application Development group and work as a primary liaison with the Business Transformation team. Serves as subject matter expert (SME) and technical liaison responsible for advanced analysis and evaluation of functionality of highly complex existing and/or proposed IT systems/services, performs problem analysis, and generates enhancements to systems, applications, or infrastructure.Essential Duties &Responsibilities:-1. Works with minimal supervision, independently performs highly advanced analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of complex Information Technology (IT) systems, applications, or infrastructure issues and/or modifications and recommend corrective solutions for implementation.2. Understand and document requirements, independently generates and/or coordinates enhancements to existing systems, applications, or infrastructure in compliance with company/department standards and revises existing logic and technical specifications and standards.3. Oversee quality assurance testing procedures to ensure that all information systems products and services meet minimum standards, end-user requirements, and are free from defects.4. May create, design, and run complex standard or ad-hoc reports based on process owners and end user needs.5. Plans deployment strategies for applications/enhancements to a broad group of users across the organization across multiple platforms6. Devises or modifies procedures to solve complex problems with a thorough understanding of business, technology, and industry requirements and their limitations.7. Works with InfoSec team to ensure solutions have relevant IT security measures that protect company/client data, software, and hardware.8. Anticipates knowledge gaps and provides training and technical assistance to end users and other IT staff.9. May serve as technical lead responsible for mentoring, instructing, directing, and checking the work of other IT personnel.10. Coordinate with Project Management Office (PMO) to engage senior IT staff, management, and vendors in conducting thorough assessments of business and user needs, gathering and documenting requirements, and creating solutions for areas for improvement or upgrade which enhance the user experience and/or enterprise efficiency and effectiveness.11. Serve as subject matter expert and technical liaison to other IT staff and departments.12. Responsible for understanding and complying with all policies, procedures, and regulations relating to job duties.13.
