Job Description

    Opening with the leading Insurance Broking company.TopGear Consultants Pvt. Ltd. is an executive search Company with primary focus on search and recruitment of Top professionals at senior management level across industries. There is currently an urgent opening with one of our most reputed client.Designation : Insurance ManagerLocation : Bangalore, Allahabad ,Madurai, Vijayawada
    1. Supervise and support dealer activation.
    2. Ensure dealer training and successful onboarding to TMI programme and Conducting MISP Audits.
    3. To achieve desired penetration levels for new & renewal business
    4. To ensure 64Vb reconciliation on weekly basis
    5. Sign off on NDC (no dues certificate) by ICs on monthly basis for each dealership
    6. Closure on claims aging & coordination with workshop managers & branch offices of Insurance Companies
    7. Downloading of MIS/training to dealer insurance executives
    8. Training on new software to dealership executives
    9. Relationship building with empanelled Insurance Companies
    10. Driving Health, POSP business and new initiatives by Organization.
    11. Supervising team of CRE and driving team for desired Organizational goals.
