A digitally native clinic for women, our company,offers accessible, personalised and confidential healthcare solutions for womens outpatient health concerns across life stages - from puberty to menopause.Location: BangaloreWork hours: 9 am to 7 pmFull-time opportunity (Monday to Sunday with 1 week off)Note: Saturdays & Sundays will be work from home About the role We are looking for an entrepreneurial Inside Sales Associate to join our company, arapidly growing womens healthtech start-up in Bangalore.The Inside Sales Associate will be responsible to understand customer journeys and toconvert leads to customers and thereby appropriately up-sell/cross-sell our servicesacross different channels. Specifically, the Insides Sales Specialist will be responsible for:Directly calling customers/leads to understand conversion likelihood andreasons for not convertingInteracting with customers via Whatsapp through the CRM platformIdentifying different systems/process changes Proactive can make to increaselikelihood of conversionIf you are passionate about womens health and tailoring healthcare solutions to theirneed, and enjoy taking solutions to scale in a dynamic, tightly knit organisation, donthesitate to apply!Note: Women and prior experience working in healthcare for inside sales preferred
