Job Description

    Job DescriptionMandatory / Preferred Skills:Should have 9+ years of experience in SAP Materials Management processes including S4 HANAExperience in at least 3 to 5 end to end implementation and support projects.Ability to work with Business users, understand the Business Requirements clearly and translate the same to SAP ProcessAbility to create Functional Specifications and work with Technical team in building the SolutionShould have experience in data migration objects like material master, vendor master.Experience in defining Master Data Strategy, Data Governance/Standardization, Master Data Process Design, High Level MDM Architecture and the Implementation Roadmap defined by the business case.Experience in data harmonization, defining migration rules, data validation and testing.Should have an experience in procurement processes such as Import, subcontracting, Etc.Experience in understanding the Gaps and provide the business solutionsExperience in design, customize, configuration and test the solutions in MM moduleShould have good knowledge and experience in Integration with other modules like SD, PP, FICO, QM.Should be Self-driven candidate and provide suggestions / value added solutions to the client on the best practices in the relevant business processesStrong knowledge and experience on Migration Activities and authorization conceptShould have experience on Interfaces (with SAP and Non-SAP system)Should have knowledge on Fiori AppsExcellent in communication and interpersonal skillsStrong commitment and a team playerSelf-Motivated to identify improvement areas and take initiative to implement the same Soft skills :A self-driven candidate who is ready to learn new topics and ready to adapt with the environment as well as project needsStrong communication skills required; written, verbal, and strong interpersonal skills and able to participate in deployment and hyper-care activitiesGood to have ability to demonstrate as cross functional and ability to work in a collaborative team environmentAdded advantage:Knowledge of SRM,WM, S/4 HANAWorking experience in Interface/ALEAbility to lead a team or project.Excellent communication and good customer approach.Should have knowledge on ABAP DebuggingGood understanding of SAP P2P processesOthers:Relevant coursework/projects that demonstrate candidate communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong work ethic that prove high quality deliverablesDemonstrated leadership in curricular & extra-curricular activities,
