  • Develop strategy for acquisition of merchants from various segments.
  • Responsible for sourcing, generating & closing new acquisition signing leads.
  • Will be managing a team of Team Leaders & Field Sales Executives.
  • Coach & mentor the team in acquisition and relationship management.
  • Planning, formulating and implementing promotional strategies to increase market penetration and visibility.
  • Should be prepared to travel across the city to develop market.
  • Achieving sales targets.
Key Skills:
  • A minimum of 4 years of Sales experience in retail, online partners with the good experience of managing the team of 20 Team Leaders & minimum 80 people of Field Sales Executives.
  • Good time management skills.
  • Contribute to the team performance by sharing and implementing Best Practice Ideas.
