    • Upon completion of the programme, the role offered will exclusively be on sales &relationship management only.
    • The location of the job will be determined solely by ICICI Banks operational requirement to best serve its customers
    About the ProgrammeProbationary Officer Programme for Sales and Relationship Management is an initiative of ICICI Bank in partnership with Manipal Global Education Services. The Training Programme aims to attract young talent who wish to pursue a career in sales and relationship banking. It is a vocational training programme designed to develop a pool of first level managers with banking knowledge and required skill-sets to perform efficiently in their day to day activities. The roles offered on joining the bank after successful completion of the Programme will involve sales, servicing, cross-selling and acquiring new customers as part of the duties/tasks assigned. Similarly, internship / on-the-job-training periods will also involve these duties/tasks as part of the learning process.Location: Across IndiaExperience: 0-5 years (Freshers can also apply)Programme Highlights
    • One year full time residential programme conducted at ICICI Manipal Academy campus, Bengaluru including dual internship at ICICI Bank
    • The programme focuses on balanced approach of providing inputs comprising of relevant knowledge, developing sales and relationship banking skills and shaping required behavior
    • The training imparts knowledge and skills in core banking areas like banking products, processes, systems, regulations and compliance frameworks involved in day to day operations
    Programme StructureThe programme structure is as follows:
    • Term 1 (4 months) - Classroom training at IMA, Bengaluru
    • Term 2 (2 months) - Internship at ICICI Bank
    • Term 3 (6 months) - On-the-job training at ICICI Bank
    Eligibility Criteria
    • Those who have completed graduation with minimum of 60% (Aggregate) marks in any discipline.
    • Below 25 years of age
    • Only shortlisted applicants will be invited for the selection process
    Stipend during the programmeRs. 2.32 lakh to Rs. 2.60 lakh (depending on the location)Starting Salary (CTC)Rs. 5.00 lakh to Rs. 5.50 lakh per annum, depending on the location (Post successful completion of the programme)Job LocationThe place of internship, on-the-job training will be based on the organizational needs. Job location would be anywhere across India.Key considerations for the applicant
    • This is paid programme with a fees of Rs. 2,55,500/-(all inclusive). This fee is charged by the Manipal Academy and to be paid directly to Manipal Academy.
    • Sales and Relationship management would be a key responsibility of the job holder
    • Successful applicants will be placed on jobs and locations that are constantly evolving basis the needs of the customers we are serving. Hence, we encourage applicants to be role and location fungible.
