  • Sourcing the right profile
  • Recruiting as per the given Job Description
  • Reviewing Resumes and Applications
  • Conducting the first round of telephonic interview for the candidates to schedule interviews.
  • Conducting recruitment interviews and providing the necessary inputs during the hiring process
  • Follow-up & maintain records of the candidates
Requirements-
  • Freshers or Min 6 months experience
  • Demonstrable leadership abilities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Graduate in Human Resources Management or relevant field.
