Job Description

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in handling / managing HR operations in a BPO environment (3rd party preferred) - international or domestic Experience in PeopleSoft / Oracle application
  • Good in MS applications (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience in customer relations management
  • Clarify questions related to policies / procedures and coordinating with business partners.
  • Manage employee records (E-filing).
  • Letter to employees, managing personal files.
  • Payroll amendments, informing payroll department.
