Job Description

    • Min10 years experience of core HR as Manager handling entire HR process of the organization.
    • The person must have a Post graduate degree in HR (full time course, not correspondence). Having a BA in psychology is an advantage.
    • A person who wants to work in a smaller company that wants to put HR at its forefront and build its team.
    • The person must have excellent communication skills.
    • The person must have the ability to understand the goals of the company and build an HR team for it. Till he/ she has the team, should be able to work on the HR operations.
    • The person must be able to find the resources that the company needs - tech and non tech.
    • The person must have the ability to manage the recruitment and all operational HR processes especially performance management and retention.
    • The person must be confident.
    • Must have the ability to network and bring new ideas to the dept.
    • Salary range from 10 - 18 LPA (Negotiable for the deserving candidate)
    • Notice period should not be more than 30 to 45 days.
    • Candidate should be local from Bangalore only.
