HR Executive Job Description Handling Talent Engagement and Development related activities for the designated process. Must assist the Functional Head to ensure that employee retention initiatives in the process are implemented assisting in making action plans based on trends and feedback. Performance Management Driving performance Management for the process through the operations team. This includes the confirmation and annual appraisals and performance improvement programmes as needed by the process. Internal Growth Process: End to end ownership of the internal job posting process, and other career development programmes. This covers posting jobs, designing and administering selection rounds Policy and process implementation- Communication of rationale and interpretation, ensuring policy implementation by businesses Employee Satisfaction Initiatives- Ensuring communication and implementation. Grievance handling and disciplinary actions: interaction and coordination with other functions for interventions for employee issues when needed. To set up mechanisms to resolve employee issues on the floor Employee engagement initiatives End to end HR functions from joining to exit Managing Statutory Compliances, Payroll related activities.,
