Job Description

    Designation : HR Business Partner - Technology Job Type : Full Time & Permanent Job Location :BangaloreSalary : As per Industry Standards (CTC including fixed + Variable)Experience : 4 - 8 years as HRBP- TechnologyJob Description - Heading the entire life cycle management of the product & engineering employees.- Drive the Performance Management across the business unit.- Work with business stakeholders to evaluate and analyze talent performance and potential.- Proactively work on retention risk of key employees.- Leading employee engagement initiatives in the form of HR Skips, one-on-one discussions, and pulse checks- Ensuring quick resolution of employee grievances by interfacing between Business, HR and CoE Team.- Interacting with senior business stakeholders.- Work closely with Product, Engineering leadership to drive HR interventions initiatesWho are we looking for - A senior HR business partner who has 4+ years of experience in the engineering and product team space- B.E/B. Tech plus MBA from any management institution- Must have experience in handling current / previous technology domains- Ability to think and act both strategically and tactically- Strong communication skills: experience in coordinating teams and communicating to senior management- Strong bias for action, ability to prioritize and attention to detail. Candidates Must Haves: A senior HR business partner who has 4+ years of experience in the engineering and product team space The candidate should be ready to join within 30 days maximum Work from the office, Bangalore location MBA full-time is a must. Additional Guidelines: Interview Process: 2 levels of interview Mode of Interview : first level will be VC call & 2nd round will be In-person @ Bangalore. Relocation Expenses: It is applicable as per company policy.,
