Job Description

Supervises a team of 5-6 Account Managers.
Acts as the primary contact for all matters concerning employees of assigned corporate clients.
Builds trusting relationships with a portfolio of key corporate clients to prevent them from seeking alternatives.
Acquires new corporate relationships and facilitates the opening of salary accounts for their employees.
Expected to enhance relationships with existing customers through engagement activities and cross-selling solutions.
Ensures regular salary credits in all sourced salary accounts.
Meets daily and monthly sales targets for salary accounts and cross-sell products.
Adheres to KYC guidelines and bank processes as per regulations.
Ensures strict adherence to service and quality standards mandated by the Bank.
