Job Description

    FIELD RELATIONSHIP MANAGER1. Candidate will have to travel in and around 10-15 km radius 2. Will have to visit 4-5 customer places daily 3. Will have to do inspection and consult the customer about the service Skill Set Good communication skills. Interact with customers in-person, over the phone; e-mail; chat; WhatsApp and assist the customer by handling their queries and feedback. Speak to owners of the properties and fix appointments with them for the collection of keys and property pictures. Enhance the firms brand reputation in your interactions. Taking care of meetings scheduled by the RM and showing prospective tenants the property. Maintaining good relationships with existing clients by providing required services to them in a timely manner.
