What you will learn and contribute to We are looking for passionate Product Owner As part of our team, you will:
    • Owner of the Feature Backlog in R&D. Defines and enforces backlog planning process for assigned product to ensure timely delivery of features
    • Interface to Product Management regarding feature handling and planning
    • Ability to orchestrate the work on tasks of multiple types, size, complexity, urgency and priority
    • Good understanding of SaFe Agile software development and Scrum framework
    • Accountable for owning a Streaming Product
    • Sustainability and long-term view of product domain
    • Consolidates feature effort and schedule estimations for FS2 decisions including bottleneck analysis and proposals to balance resources over the units
    • Release planning
    • Ensure prioritization of Long lead time (multiple releases) features
    • Measures release development performance and fosters improvements
    • Strong drive & ability to coordinate work for the team members
    • Beyond standard approach to solve problems
    • Owning and prioritizing the backlog, make decisions on features the squad will deliver; participate in planning and alignment forums across teams
    • Define the scope and vision for minimum viable product and minimum marketable product based on customer needs, resolving the trade-offs and bridging the gap between customer, business and tech considerations
    • Represent voice of the customer, regularly seek feedback from users and use the feedback, coupled with quantitative data to iterate rapidly
    • Responsible for unlocking and delivering benefits / efficiencies in the Squad, with assistance of the Squad Members as required
    Your skills and experience Mandatory skills:
    • Min Bachelor of Engineering Degree with minimum 12+ years experience
    • 7+ years of experience in Product Owner role
    • Strong Product Development Experience in an Agile Scrum Team
    • Agile, DevOps, Scrum, Kanban Methodologies
    • Hands on with Java & C languages and build tools
    • Experience in containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), cloud native architecture
    • Exposure to Microservices development
    • Worked on Database any of SQL/No SQL DB
    • Exposure in various hyper scalars
    • Good communication skills
    Nice to have skills:
    • Exposure to Streaming Technologies (kafka, Flink, Kinesis, Spark etc)
    • Automation/CI/CD experience: Jenkins, GIT
    • Getting things done and hands-on mentality
