4. What are we looking for

   Milestone is looking for an experienced, results-driven executive to lead and manage our team of experts in SEO, Content Social to scale our operations with the power of automation. The ideal candidate will be leading SEO strategy formulation for all our clients and will work closely with content, design, programming, analytics, CRO and products teams.

   The ideal candidate should have experience in managing a team of SEO s, Digital Strategists and Content Marketing experts in a digital agency SaaS (Software as a service) environment. Candidate should have customer centric mindset and ability to operate on both a strategic and tactical level and juggle various projects and timelines.

   Objectives and Responsibilities

   1. Leadership Head of SEO will be overseeing all the activities of SEO department and will be directly supervising all the team members. This will include aligning goals, as well as providing mentorship to current team members.
   2. Strategy Driving strategic direction for all the SEO initiatives including content, keywords, onpage and offpage initiatives, customer business reviews, etc.
   3. Innovation - Head of SEO plays significant role in establishing through leadership and working with the Milestone RD team and product team to drive innovation and create cutting edge strategies. Works with different teams within Milestone to come up with omni channel strategies, and attends and speaks in search events to keep Milestone ahead in all SEO trends.
   4. Research and Analysis - Execute tests, collect and analyze data and results, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in SEO campaigns. Develop, Implement, Research and analyze competitor advertising link building strategy.
   5. Technical SEO Solid understanding of schema s, site architecture, international SEO and more. Works with programming and CMS, content team to deploy strategies to enhance website architecture, content, linking strategies and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords
   6. Qualifications: Proven SEO and SEM experience
      1. Extensive knowledge of the search engine industry, best practices, search engine algorithms
      2. Solid understanding of local SEO, Technical SEO, Social, Content Marketing, International Promotion
      3. Ability to connect dots and create implement Omni channel Strategies keeping customer problems in mind including SEO, Social, and Content Marketing
      4. 14+ years experience SEO, CRO, Technical and Local SEO, SEO softwares and Tools
      5. Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM Proven track record building and leading a high performing team
      6. Up-to-date knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms
      7. Strong communication skills with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Solid understanding of all SEO and Social toolset.
