Job Description

    Head - Global Workforce ManagementRoles & Responsibilities : Role Overview :- Workforce Strategy, Plan, forecast, fulfil, monitor and operate in order to achieve the revenue and profitability goals of the Organization.Key Responsibilities :Will be responsible for : Planning & Forecasting : - Cost Of Delivery focus with appropriate planning for each Business Groups.- Demand forecast a quarter/skip quarter in advance Fulfilment : - Build and monitor capacity as per plan including reskilling/upskilling- Work with business/WFM teams to plan ramp ups- Fulfilment oversight and governance with stakeholders- Escalation resolution System, Process and Policies : - Periodic review of system, process and policies to incorporate business requirements and to enable faster and efficient fulfilment Change Management : - Talent Market Place for ensuring engagements, reskilling and deploymentGovernance and oversight on:- Bench policy actions- Enabling rotations- H1B utilizationLooking at candidates with 20+ years of experience from large IT Organization. with good experience in managing the Workforce Management portfolio.,
