- Responsible for the P&L for the cloud practice - Work with leadership on cloud strategy exercises and creating practice charter & structure - Work with account teams to establish and strengthen relationships with prospective customers to promote higher-level visibility, awareness of Cloud Strategy and Services - Plan & Craft consolidated GTM strategies for IS Services to foray into the market as an accomplished Cloud Services provider - including internal and external evangelizing. - Partner with Key Vertical and LOB leadership and stakeholders in understanding and aligning to customers cloud related priorities to maximize wins and revenue in this space - Develop and maintain assigned industry profiles, including market share, competitive footprint, and industry-specific use cases. - Build appropriate technology and execution alliances for supporting cloud offerings - Provide needed support to ensure efficient and effective execution of programs and processes - Participate in pre-sales efforts including RFP responses and provide domain knowledge to technical solution teams. - Build capability in the teams on new and differentiated cloud technologies - As a data center manager, youll be responsible for overseeing a team in charge of large amounts of computer information via servers and networking appliances. - Responsible for equipment maintenance tasks such as managing and installing custom upgrades for customers; replacing cables, components and accessories; - Maintaining records and drawing schematics of the center to detail what equipment is installed. - Their customer support responsibilities might include escorting customers through the center on tours, responding to customer inquiries and coordinating with other organizations.,
