You ll have a broad canvass at Odessa , including graphic design , social media strategy , digital marketing , content development and brand management.What to Expect:The Graphic Designer , Digital Marketer role will be vital in helping Odessa raise awareness about our organization through online and print campaigns , increase the amount of web traffic , increase the effectiveness of nurture campaigns , and participate in internal initiatives from product UI to branded templates. As a custodian of Odessa s brand aesthetic , you ll work with the Marketing team and internal stakeholders to create original , creative content from sales PPT decks , to print and digital ad campaigns , to landing pages , and lots more.Indicative Responsibilities:Creative Design: produce and present original concepts and designs as directed; must be able to turn around projects quickly and efficiently without degrading qualityDesign Strategy: work closely with Marketing team and internal stakeholders , as required , to help develop creative solutions to meet internal and external needsCorporate Branding: maintain an enthusiastic attitude about Odessa s general aesthetic and creative design , stick to brand sensibility , regardless of project typeCorporate Website: work closely with the Marketing team on industry and product focused corporate site(s) and related micrositesPre - flight Art: assist team in file maintenance and pre - flight art for print , including coordination with outside media and advertising outletsSocial Media: participate in planning and execution of content creation for company social media , including organizing cross - platform content strategiesRegular projects include graphic design , building PPT sales decks , print and digital ad campaigns , email campaigns , landing pages , web design , white papers , case studies , brand management and design.Requirements:BA / BFA in graphic design , digital marketing , advertising design or related fieldFamiliarity with social media strategies and platformsAdvanced proficiency in:Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign , Illustrator , Photoshop , Experience Design , After Effects)HTML , CSS , Responsive Web DesignExperience creating wireframes , sketches , UI and final visual design for desktop , mobile and tablet (and all production methods associated with each)Intermediate to advanced proficiency with:Video editing , Adobe Premier or similarCMS platforms , WordPress or similarMicrosoft Office , primarily PPT and experience in InDesign to Office conversionsAbility to multi - task and take initiativeGreat sense of humor and enthusiasm , coupled with a strong work ethicPreferred Qualifications:Prior experience in or supporting Content and / or Product MarketingPhotography , Typography , Branding , Illustration experience are welcomeAll applicants must demonstrate a strong portfolio showing previous visual and interactive design work (personal website , Behance profile , profile kit).
