Roles and Responsibility : Talent Acquisition Manager Job Title: Talent Acquisition Manager Location: Bangalore Job Summary: The Talent Acquisition Manager would be responsible for building and manage a recruitment process to support the companys aggressive growth plans. You will be responsible for discovering talent, building a strong employment brand and ensuring a great relationship with both candidates and employees. This role will drive business results by understanding and meeting workforce planning needs and developing and implementing strategies to source qualified and diverse candidates. You will need to source and recruit candidates using a variety of outlets, such as job postings and social media, while effectively targeting the right kinds of candidates for the job. You will devise strategies for the recruitment process while overseeing/implementing the execution of sourcing and recruiting talent for the company Roles and Responsibilities: Design and execute customized, full - cycle staffing plans, partnering closely with hiring managers to achieve the best results possible. Build and nourish strong relationships with hiring team to stay abreast of current and future hiring and business needs. Use outstanding analytical skills to interpret internal employment demands and translate them into timely, results - driven action items. Develop and implement innovative recruiting programs, ensuring effectiveness, consistency, and compliance with overall strategic planning. Provide strategic input on optimal sourcing channels and serve as a primary source of Talent Acquisition strategy, advice, consultation, and education. Govern resources and investments. Meet and exceed targets for quality, efficiency, and productivity, continually improving performance and driving positive change. Ensure automation of recruitment process. Experience Guidelines: Must have extensive and minimum experience of 3 - 4 years in Talent Acquisition. We are a Digital Consulting company, we help our clients analyse and identify areas of improvement and help develop a strategic roadmap in their digital journey.
