Job Profile
• Lead and build End-to-End Life Cycle of Network Product and Services - from New Products/Services Introductions to Demise
• Work with cross-functional teams of engineers and operations teammates to build Network Services that are easily and consistently consumed by end-users
• Lead and Manage Client interactions prioritize client deliverables alongside Service Delivery and other partner teams
• Coordinate and lead periodic Client Engagement calls
• Design user surveys, measure client satisfaction, drive iterative improvements
• Communicate Multi-Year Network strategy to Clients and Stakeholders
• Socialize Network Services achievements to Clients and Stakeholders Celebrate Success
• Build Client Communication strategy and execution
• Offer integrated Services view to Audit, Compliance and Risk Management teams
• Ideation for New Product / Integration opportunities
• Socializing the key pain-points and product/feature solutions with SMEs
• Concept Testing with a pilot group to drive user validation
• Scaling based on user adoption
• Developing success KPIs and ongoing measurement

• 10+ years of experience in Financial Services and/or Product Management
• Ability to work cross-functionally with heterogeneous teams of Architects, Engineers and Operations staff
• Experience working with diverse group of clients, both internal and external
• Familiarity with end-to-end Product/Services Life Cycle Management
• Experience working with Risk Management, Audit or Compliance teams
• Familiarity with Network technologies Switches, Routers, Firewalls, Proxies, etc.
• Leadership skills ability to hire and retain best talent in the industry
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize conflicting tasks/activities to drive maximum business value
• Good communication skills verbal and written
• Good Presentation skills and experience presenting to management
• Self-Starter and ability to work with ambiguity
