Join us Team Description New Supply aspires to create the most delightful food experiences and bring them close to consumers. With the aim to favorably assist consumers to purchase out of home food and solve for consumers ; unmet demands, we at New Supply are building the largest network of food supply points in the world. We create and curate the best food brands to reach multiple consumers through various business models. Swiggy Access - Enables distribution of most popular brands, serve hyper - local cuisine gaps through our Cloud Kitchens Brand Development - Harness culinary capabilities of existing partners to create new food brands to meet city cuisine gaps Private Brands - Create new culinary and food concepts to deliver against large unmet consumer gaps. With these models, the vision for the org is to enable the most delightful food brands experiences for our consumers by meeting known and unknown consumer need gaps. Locations we are present/Cities live in: 10 Cities currently, Delhi | Bangalore | Chennai | Hyderabad | Kolkata | Coimbatore | Vizag | Chandigarh | Mumbai | Pune Roles and Responsibilities

  • This role will work very closely with the New Supply marketing team and business team to drive business and marketing objectives through strong media planning and buying. It will handle media strategy and planning for a portfolio of private brands, strategic brands and restaurant partners on Access cutting across existing brands such as Bowl Company and Homely as well as a host of new brands being launched. The role will oversee a team of traditional and digital media planners to bring together the right media mix to optimize for each brand s goals.
  • Media Strategy & Planning: Develop the media investment strategy for the New Supply business through deep understanding of category, consumer and media.
  • Campaign Planning & Media Buying: Work on National as well as hyperlocal campaigns spanning Television, Digital Media, Print, Radio and OOH
  • Measurement & Effectiveness: Work closely with Analytics, Research and Insights team to develop robust frameworks and publish findings on media measurement and effectiveness
  • Media Operations: Ensure strong campaign execution, monitoring, optimisation & reporting
  • Agency/Vendor Management : Evaluation, onboarding, managing legal, finance and accounts processes.
  • Team Management: Leading and managing team to delivering outstanding results
Desired Skills
  • 8 - 12 years of total work experience in media planning and buying with minimum of 2 years experience working on the client side. E - commerce media experience is a strong plus
  • Deep experience across both traditional (TV, Print, Radio, Outdoors) and Digital
  • Experience in planning and managing large budgets (>INR 50 Cr) and large - scale campaigns
  • Strong analytical ability and data orientation with ability to synthesize data into insights
  • Strong network within the media industry
  • Ready to travel : 10% of workdays.
  • An avid consumer of traditional and new - age media is a strong plus
  • Full time MBA from a Tier 1 business school is a strong plus
