Join us Supply Team The Supply team manages the entire vendor ecosystem in the marketplace at Swiggy. We work closely with restaurants along the entire journey of on - boarding, relationship management and providing support services. We re an agile team of enthusiastic individuals who work on a wide spectrum of initiatives right from innovative ideas and projects that assist in goals of growth, consumer experience and economics on the vendor side, to vendor incentives within the compliance framework, to even managing the restaurant menu content on the Swiggy platform - all geared towards our common vision of Changing the Way India Eats! Job Description and Responsibilities

  • Drive 3 rd party monetization charter for Swiggy Marketplace, with focus on establishing long term partnerships with top advertisers and brands.
  • Work with marketers, Brand managers and other brand stakeholders to understand their objectives and plans, and craft custom solutions to meet those objectives.
  • Drive thought leadership in brand monetization using 3P Ad slots and sampling offering.
  • Work closely with strategic clients and Agencies by chalking out Joint business plans with key advertisers.
  • Proactively managing sales activity, pipeline and lead generation to levels that achieve budgeted goals.
  • Developing preferred partnership with top players in the FMCG / F&B categories through fact finding on brands, marketing plans with accurate information and feedback for past campaigns and ensuring smooth execution of deals.
  • Lead a team (2 - 3) of high commitment individuals to drive business results.
Desired Skills
  • Ideal candidate would be a Post Graduate from a Premier Institute with 6 - 8 years of experience in Brand Monetization & Activation, especially in an e - commerce environment
  • Understanding of Advertising sales for brands.
  • Proven track record of driving small but highly committed sales teams.
  • Should also have knowledge of the major industry domains from Ads perspective
  • Needs to have fantastic presentation skills and must have a knack for making deals/ proposals & costings models.
