About Strategy & TechnologyThe Strategy and Technology function lays the path for Nokia s future technology innovation and identifies the most promising areas in which Nokia can create new value. Role description: The role owner will act as a team contributor and have an aptitude to learn new technologies and love to push the boundaries in solving real problems. This individual will be responsible for building production quality and large-scale deployment of applications related to conversational AI and natural language processing on cloud-based environments.Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and build software applications
  • Building server-side applications/ backend code using C# on MS Azure Cloud
  • Proven development experience on Azure Cloud and understanding of other cloud platforms like Google Cloud, AWS Cloud
  • Managing the end-to-end life cycle for software and applications
  • Hands on experience of API integrations, Single-Sign-on and token-based authentication
  • Experience in integrating with SQL and NoSQL databases (SQL Server, CosmosDB, MongoDB)
  • Experience in managing small databases, and proficient in querying existing databases for technical and data analysis
  • Experience of building solutions with latest front-end technologies (JavaScript libraries like React or Angular, CSS3, HTML5)
  • Good understanding of DevOps pipeline (Azure DevOps)
  • Understanding of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Maintain documentation pertaining to software design and build
  • Integrate solutions with multiple platforms
  • Manage production support issues
  • Good to have: Experience in building AI powered chatbot applications using the likes of Microsoft QNAMaker, LUIS, Bot Farmework

  • Ability to quickly prototype ideas / solutions, perform critical analysis, and use creative approaches for solving complex problems
  • Work with an Agile mindset to create value across projects of multiple scopes and scale

Qualification
  • Must have at least 5 years of work experience in full stack development (C#, HTML5, CSS, Angular, SQL Server)
  • Bachelor s/Master s degree in Computer Science or relevant work experience
  • Preferably Certified Cloud Developer (either Microsoft, IBM Cloud, AWS, Google)
