Job ResponsibilityThe Guest Co-Ordinator will be responsible for ensuring a pleasant and hassle-free parent experience at the daycare. She shall be energetic, caring, attentive and dedicated towards parents. Following are the responsibilities of INAAYA daycares Guest Co-Ordinator: Attend to parents visiting the daycare. Solve parents queries and issues at the daycare. Introduce the daycare programs and facilities to the parents. Act as coordinator between the daycare and parents. Run daycare management software for parents.Qualification, Experience & Skills Required Graduate with diploma or degree, preferably in public relations or hospitality. At least 2 years of experience in customer services. Female, aged 25-30 years. Proficient in MS Office Tools (especially Excel, Word and PPT). Proficient in customer service and management. Fluent in English and Hindi. Good communication skills. Pleasing personality with professional attitude and genuine love for children. Dedicated, hard-working and proactive.
