Job Description

    We are seeking a Freelance Recruiter specializing in call center roles to manage the full recruitment cycle. From identifying potential hires to screening and interviewing candidates, your primary focus will be on sourcing the best talent for our call center needs. The role involves sourcing candidates from various channels, conducting interviews, and helping streamline the recruitment process to ensure timely and effective hiring.Responsibilities:
    • Source and attract qualified candidates for call center positions through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels.
    • Screen and evaluate resumes to create a shortlist of suitable candidates.
    • Conduct phone screenings and initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.
    • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide feedback.
    • Post job listings on relevant job boards and social media platforms.
    • Follow up on the recruitment process and ensure timely communication with all candidates.
    Requirements:
    • At least 6 months of experience in call center recruitment or a similar field.
    • Proven ability to source, screen, and interview candidates for call center roles.
    • Strong familiarity with different recruitment channels like job boards, social media, and referrals.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for identifying and engaging top talent.
    • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
