Job Summary: Summary: Candidate will be required to respond to day- to- day tickets addressing issues with Oracle General Ledger and Trintech T- Recs system. Make updates to Oracle settings as it relates to General Ledger. Make monthly changes to accounts with T- Recs using MS Access and direct changes in T- Recs. Publish reports from Oracle to Excel several times each month. Have daily call with US Supervisor to discuss open items and needed tasks. The position is temperory with goal to subsequently convert to a sustained role. Responsibilities:Publish reports from Oracle to Excel Make administrative changes to our Reconciliation Software as needed Update Oracle reports as needed Make administrative changes in Oracle as needed Address issues through our ticketing system.
