Our mission is to pioneer access to capital for micro and small businesses.Below is the JD for reference.Title: Financial Planning & Analysis Manager Team: Finance Purpose of Job: Budget and Reporting Job Components/ Responsibilities: Preparation of the annual budgets and cost estimates for the Company. Creating and updating the Business Plan for the Company (3 to 5 year plans). Modeling / Simulation of data points for various business requirements. Monitoring the actual expenditure incurred versus the Budgets available on an on- going basis. Analysis and reporting of the financial statements to report to top management. Co- ordination with cross functional teams to ensure correct and timely data flow. Qualifications: MBA or equivalent.
