Job Description

    Job title: Process Associate / Process AnalystAbout the RoleWork profile would be for Insurance/accounts related process.
    • All processes are non-voice and back end operations
    • You will be interacting only with clients and not customers using computers and internet extensively
    • Would be working on web-based applications
    • Would be viewing and capturing details on system

    What we expect from you
    • Graduate/Post-graduate BBM, BBA, BA, MBA, B com, M com graduates and Post Graduates with 50% aggregate and no back logs.
    Note: BE, B Tech, MSc, BCA, BSc IT etc. (2hidden_mobile pass outs not eligible) Graduation & PG aggregate should be less than 60%
    • Should have copies of all semester original marks sheets along with PDC/Convocation
    • Work experience should be 0-3 years. For experienced candidates, preferred work experience should be from an international BPO/ KPO
    • Good communication and Analytical skills
    • Proficiency in tools such as MS Word and Excel
    • Ability to work collaboratively in teams; along with turning around work of professional quality within set deadlines
    • Your Aadhaar card must be updated with your active phone number
    Protocols to be followed:
    • Candidate must be fully vaccinate and should carry vaccination certificate along with the resume
    • Wearing a mask is a must
