We are looking for experienced and passionate Field Sales Executives Sr. Executives with excellent communication skills to join our Sales team! As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for all retail sales related developments. Ability to work with cross functional teams, Flexible and able to work in fast and paced and varying environments. Basic knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel and working on App based CRM s & Google Cloud based apps. Must have strong communication and convincing skills in Kannada, English & Hindi. We are expecting you to have a strong understanding of the latest industry standards, trends and various management systems. Roles and Responsibilities 1) Primarily to have a sales approach towards retail shops like grocery stores, super markets, pharmacies, pan shops, general trade, modern trade, etc on a daily basis, generating leads by cold calling walk ins internet research, etc) and following up with perspective retail clients. 2) Provide after sales support to the vendorsretailersdistributors by regularly visiting them and generating repeat orders, making sure of timely fulfilment of orders, etc. 3) Order follow ups with the manufacturing team. 4) Preparing Sales Invoices Vouchers Debit Note Credit Note and maintaining all the documents on record. 5) Handle all billing related tasks with the help of accounting team. 6) Outstanding report of Debtors and Creditors accounts reconciliation and Correspondence with clients for the same. 7) Other duties as advised by the leadership team. 8) Achieve targets on a weekly basis 9) Must have a 2 wheeler and valid driving license Desired Candidate Profile 1) Minimum Experience of 3 years with a reputed Healthcare Food FMCG Distributor Whole-seller Stockists Super Stockists 2) Minimum Graduation required. 3) Excellent communication skills in Kannada, English & Hindi.
