• Lead and drive transformation of facility services, drive human Experience through innovation, manage futuristic IFM solutions,
• Communication management with customer and Internal teams.
• Contributes to the delivery of change incubation, anticipating organizational needs and developing implementation plans.
• Drive the Innovation platform while leveraging JLL global/Regional and Industry trends and best practices to run Account Innovation Pipeline. Drive Centralized and effective communications function and Program Manage any or all central initiatives for monitoring and tracking purposes.
• As a member of the Innovation & transformation Team and clearly responsible for their functional areas of expertise the incumbent is also expected to think and act in the wider context and interests of IFM account team. For example, contribution to the development and delivery of overall strategy, marketplace and Member outcomes, innovation and cultural development.

ResponsibilitiesKey Functional Responsibilities:

• Responsible for research and development of Initiatives/Ideas/Solutions that may consist of a variety of innovation challenges including start up and brand-led innovation.
• Scout the market(local and global) for Ideas and solutions on IFM futuristic solutions and operational efficiencies leading to enhanced Human experience at Account. Cover core areas of- Employee wellness, workplace experience, visitor experience, sustainability, robotics, and cleaning/tech excellence.
• Market intelligence and research support to functions like EHS, sustainability on wellness and sustainability solutions
• Innovation, best practices, and cross collaboration with APAC sub region (Philippines and Malaysia)
• Study, assess and pilot solutions at site level, scale up and implementation support to Ops team
• Own initiative s and ideas Pipeline, track and monitor progress for rollouts
• Establish robust feedback and analysis mechanisms to monitor and gather intelligence on Programs/Innovations tested or piloted before scale up.

Additional Account Specific Responsibilities

• Drive Account Communications plan and ensure effective reporting and visibility of Account achievements for our customers
• Drive multi functional governance calls for smooth and collective reporting and synergies between all account functions under One JLL mission.
• Strong Global and local supplier networks for tapping into next level innovation and product development on customer need or market pull basis.
• Establishes and manages processes supporting the PMO, streamlining communications between Ops leads and project sponsors and functional heads.
• Establishes and directly manages a peer review process which draws on subject matter experts both within and outside of JLL to review key change points.

Other Responsibilities

• Contributes to the flow of information by conducting regular team meetings to ensure staff are updated on relevant objectives/issues within JLL and externally, submitting formal monthly reports, attending management and other meetings, and through other regular formal and informal communications.
• Responsible for ensuring familiarity with and adherence to all JLL processes
• Performs other such duties as may be reasonably required by the Account head
