Designation - EximLocation -Nelamangala, Bangalore Experience : 6 to 8 yearsEducational qualification : Any degree, and / or MBA in EXIM. Should have good communication skills and interpersonal skills. Primary responsibilities Complete in-charge of export import logistics, finalization of competitive forwarders, clearing agents, service providers, etc. Tracking and ensuring timely delivery of consignments. Complete documentation and correspondence related to EXIM, foreign vendors, customers, group companiesHandling all customs works like clearances, bill of entries, bill of lading, air way bills, Claiming DBK, SHIS, EPCG, Advance authorisation, MEIS and other new upcoming Government schemesPreparing export invoice, packing list, packing labels, for outbound consignments / shipmentsCoordination with internal departments like Finance, logistics, commercial, planning, purchase, production, stores and ensuring smooth flow of work related to export and import. Arranging fumigation of wooden casings / containers for exportsGetting Form A1, and certificate of originHandling DGFT works like EPCG, Advance authorization, MEIS, TED refundsHandling documents related to LC and bank for export shipmentsProviding cost estimations of export and import freight servicesSecondary responsibilitiesDocumentation related to Sales invoice, LR, e WAY BillsPosting of production and sales related entries in ERP. (Can be trained in existing ERP)Getting involved in other daily activities in the company in case of less workload in EXIM.,
