Job Description

    ABOUT JOB:we are looking for anExecutive Assistant to the Founder.You will be responsible for providing a high level of professional administrative and business support to the Founder who is based inBangalore, India.You will be expected to use your own initiative, & provide succinct, effective support using a flexible approach. You will have the ability to prioritize tasks and collaborate well with other Leaders & teams within the organization to ensure that tasks are completed to a high standard, allowing the Founder to focus on their core activities and make the best use of their time. You will have an eye for detail and the ability to work independently, quickly, & efficiently.PERSON PROFILE :
    • A Graduate with previous 2-10 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE.
    • Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Must have a desire to work in a fast-paced environment.
    ESSENTIAL SKILLS :
    • Excellent organizational and time management
    • Fully conversant to an advanced level in the complete Microsoft Suite including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint & Excel. Use of Microsoft Teams, One Note, One Drive is desirable.
    • Strong collaborator with the ability to create a strong effective network across the organization and be a trusted team player.
    • Ability to demonstrate discretion is always
    • Excellent organization and interpersonal skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
