23436BRRequisition ID:23436BRBusiness Unit:CORCDM Smith is looking for a Service Desk Analyst to join our Business Technology team to provide first response support for end user hardware and software incidents.Escalates and assigns incidents to other IT staff members and ensures timely resolution of service requestsTroubleshoots 1st and 2nd tier incidents and responds to IT related requests for information via phone, email or through the incident tracking systemUtilizes support software to remotely assist staff as required.
