The incumbent employee will be responsible for owning and driving the Employee engagement activities for the site. Should have experience in working on a large team and should have driven team building activities. Should be good with preparing announcements, branding activities and motivate a large group of people. Should be innovative and cheerful., 1. Ability to work shifts required.2. Committed seller advocate, drive process & tool improvements.3. Enthusiasm and strong self-motivation.4. Strong prioritization and time management skills, with a high degree of flexibility and embrace rapid change.6.
